All changes and returns of orders made on this website must be requested within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt thereof .
How should I return an item?

What should I follow to make the return?
The steps you must follow are the following:
1. Send us an email with the following:
- Subject: Order No. - Return. E.g.: #0000 - Return
- Email body: Reason for return. E.g.: Broken crutch
It is very It is important that you include your order number , otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
2. As soon as we receive the request, we will request the collection of the package and We will contact you to confirm the collection of the package within 24/48 hours.
3. Prepare your package for return, with the item in the same condition as it was sent, with its original tags attached, and unused. It must be the same as you found it.
4. Once received in our warehouses, We will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that has not been used, and that retains its original labels. The amount paid (including shipping and return costs) will be refunded in the same form in which you made the payment.
If KMINA is the cause of a return (wrong product shipped, product in poor condition, etc.), please contact us to process the return or exchange.
KMINA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements described above.
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit the return form. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return of your order.
In case of problems related to manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any of its components, provided that they have been supplied by the manufacturer itself on this website, you have 5 years of Guarantee .
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Exchanges and returns are free for all our products.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition as when they were sent), you will receive the full amount paid (including shipping costs) in the same way you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account within a few days. Remember that the date the credit appears on your credit card will always depend on your bank.
Can I make an exchange?
If you need to exchange one item for another, please email us at hello@kmina.com with the order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange, and we will contact you to arrange the exchange.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by means of any unequivocal declaration indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do so by emailing hello@kmina.com.
In this case, the amount paid (including shipping and return costs) will be refunded, and the order will be collected following the procedure outlined above.
