How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is:

  • 24 business hours if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.*
  • 48 business hours if the order is placed after 2:00 PM.*
* Only for shipments within mainland Spain. Shipments to the Balearic Islands take 2 to 5 business days. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
* 10% of shipments may be delayed due to causes beyond KMINA's control.

Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

During special campaigns and periods of high shipping volume (such as Black Friday or Christmas), these agencies may experience saturation and delays that are beyond KMINA's control.

In these cases, a delay in delivery will not automatically entitle the customer to a refund if the order has already been shipped, although we will always track the shipment and look for the best solution for the customer.

Can I request that an order be shipped outside of Spain?

This option is not available . However, you can contact us at hello@kmina.com and we will find a better way to get your order to you.

What is my tracking number?

In the confirmation email you can "View your order" where the tracking number is provided, which you can access by clicking to see all the tracking information.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs €3.99 for purchases under €25. Shipping is free for orders over €25 .

The rental shipping cost is free.

What happens if I'm not at the address I provided when the courier arrives to deliver the order?

Our delivery provider is Correos Express . The carrier will usually contact you if there's a delivery failure, so you can arrange a new delivery date. In any case, if your order still doesn't arrive, we'll refund the full amount.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of confirmation, please contact us at hello@kmina.com .

All our shipments are synchronized with Correos Express. The selected shipping method takes 24-72 business hours. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the products ordered. The shipping cost for orders under €25 will be €3.99.

However, since KMINA We will cover the shipping costs for all orders placed through our website starting at €25.

We will send you an email confirming your purchase and will also keep you informed of your order status. However, if you experience any communication issues and wish to check or confirm the status of your order, please contact us at hello@kmina.com.
