• 1. Product condition:
In good condition. Functional but worn and marked. No bag included.
• 2. What does SECOND HAND mean?:
Secondhand products may have certain defects, such as marks, scratches, missing paint, worn wheels, or scratches caused by use or return. This makes these parts unsuitable for sale as new, but they can still be functional. After a thorough inspection, they are available for reuse.
• 3. PRICE:
The final price is a 40% discount off the new product price. This is reflected in the product listing. Additional discounts cannot be applied to used products.
• 4. WARRANTY:
Refurbished products undergo a thorough inspection and come with a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or parts due to use.
• 5. Why BUY second hand?:
Purchasing refurbished products from our mobility, bathroom, and daily living categories means getting a fully functional product at a more affordable price, reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability by giving a second life to gently used products.
• 6. DELIVERY:
Delivery will be made within 24/72 business hours.
- 24-48 business hours if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.
- 48-72 business hours if the order is placed after 2:00 PM.
• 7. RETURNS:
Returns for secondhand products carry a €12 fee (VAT included). You have 30 days to return the secondhand product, provided it has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is in the same condition as when you received it. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
