How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is:
- 24 business hours if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.*
- 48 business hours if the order is placed after 2:00 PM.*
Once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are permitted unless the customer is responsible for the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.
Can I request shipping of an order outside of Spain?
This option is not available . However, you can contact us at hello@kmina.com and we'll find a better way to get your order to you.
What is my tracking number?
In the confirmation email, you'll be able to "View your order," where the tracking number is provided. You can access it by clicking on it to view all tracking information.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are €3.99 for purchases under €25. Shipping costs are free for orders over €25 .
The cost of shipping the rental is free.
What happens if I'm not at the address I provided when the courier delivers the order?
Our delivery provider is Correos Express, a reliable provider. The carrier will usually contact you if there is a failed delivery and will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. In any case, if the delivery fails, we will refund the amount.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

All our shipments are synchronized with Correos Express. The selected shipping method is 24/72 business hours. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the products ordered. Shipping costs for orders under €25 will be €3.99.
However, since KMINA We will cover the shipping costs for all orders placed from our website over €25.
