How to go up and down stairs

POSITIONS IN TRANSPORT

  • User : whether going uphill or downhill, you must always be seated facing downhill.
  • People moving the user : they must always look in the direction of movement, that is, uphill in the direction of uphill and downhill in the direction of downhill.

IMPORTANT: A lot of strength is required to lift the user.

  • We recommend its use for people with very strong arms for greater user safety.
  • We do not recommend transporting users with weight over 80 kg, For heavier people we recommend electric stair lifts.

Strengths

STAIR CHAIR

The manual stairlift is an aid for carrying a user up and down stairs with two assistants . It can also be used in emergency or rescue situations.

REAR WHEELS WITH BRAKES

It has 4 wheels, the two rear ones with brakes to lock the evacuation chair while the user sits safely in the chair.

ADJUSTABLE

The stair chair has telescopic lower handles that can be adjusted to two angles to distribute the weight among the assistants.

Product Information

♥ FUNCTIONAL: This stairlift is designed to facilitate the transport of patients up and down stairs with minimal effort and ensuring user safety.

♥ EASY TO USE: Using the chair is as simple as extending the lower handles and having each caregiver grasp the ends (upper and outer handles) and lift the chair with the patient up or down the stairs. The evacuation chair is easy to transport thanks to its 2 front wheels with a 360° axle and locking brake , and its 2 rear wheels.

♥ SAFE: Thanks to the aluminum and steel frame and seat belts, the user can be transported safely and securely. The belts are also adjustable and feature snap-lock buckles for quick and easy securing.

♥ FOLDABLE AND PORTABLE: The stairlift can be easily folded to reduce its size and be conveniently stored and transported. If necessary, the PVC fabric of the chair can be removed using the zippers for convenient washing.

✔ RECOMMENDED FOR: Use in hospitals, health centers, nursing homes, and homes, as well as emergency services such as ambulances, fire departments, and outdoor rescue. Maximum user weight: 100 kg.
