Measurement A ≥ 15.5 cm : If the bottom of your bed, armchair or sofa is greater than or equal to 15.5 cm, you can use the transfer chair without any problems.

Strengths

BED AND TOILET TRANSFER

The transfer chair helps transfer people who have mobility problems in their legs. In addition, it has some padded shin guards for greater support.

IMPORTANT : Please note the dimensions of the transfer chair (66 cm wide x 87 cm long) to allow it to be maneuvered onto the desired surface.

AVOID OVERLOADS

Steps to Follow
  • STEP 1: Position the transfer chair

Place the chair in front of the user. Apply the brakes to prevent the chair from sliding.

The user must place your feet on the platform located at the base of the chair.

  • STEP 2: Place the user

The user must place his arms on the padded bars and gain momentum to stand up , supporting the front of your legs on the shin guards.

If required, the caregiver can help the patient .

  • READY!

Lower the seat platforms to keep the user stable.

Once situated, Release the brakes to initiate the transfer . Pull the washer to open the seat platforms and be able to place the user.

The user must then place their feet on the base platform and their arms on the padded bars to gain momentum while standing. The legs will rest on the knee pads. Once up, lower the seat platforms to ensure the user is stable and can be transferred. Finally, pull the washer located on the seats and place the patient in the desired location.
