Rental Information

• 300€ DEPOSIT: The deposit will be taken at the time of payment and will be refunded when the product arrives at our facilities in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• DURATION: The rental period is 30 days from the date the product is delivered. If you need an additional 30 days, add the number of months you need under "Quantity." The price is monthly; it does not change if you require a shorter rental period.

• INCREASE IN DURATION: If you wish to increase the rent during the same period, you must contact us at least 7 days in advance to arrange a new rental.

• DELIVERY: Shipping is free and delivery will take place within 24/72 business hours.

- 24-48 business hours if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.

- 48-72 business hours if the order is placed after 2:00 PM.

• FREE PICKUP: We will contact you one week before the expiration date to arrange a pickup time. If you'd like us to pick up the product sooner, you can contact us and arrange an early pickup. IMPORTANT : Please keep the original packaging during your rental period.

• RETURNS: Returning the rental product due to order cancellation or rejection incurs a fee of €12 (VAT included) and the prorated rental days of the product up to the request, which may be deducted from the deposit.

• TERMS AND CONTRACT: You can read the terms and conditions here in the RENTAL CONDITIONS section. To rent the product, you must accept them during the rental process.

The battery level is indicated on the controller. Access to the controls is easy and intuitive.

IMPORTANT : To use "manual" mode, the scooter must be turned on and can be pushed. During this time, the scooter cannot be driven. If the battery runs out, it must be towed; manual mode is useless as there is no rear brake release.

How to use the Scooter

HOW TO USE

STEP 1: DEPLOY AND BOOT

Unfold the scooter, adjust the handlebar height and start the scooter by turning the electric lock key.

Adjust the speed selector to your liking.

  • Maximum speed: 7 km/h.
  • Maximum inclination of the driving surface: 9th.

STEP 2: FORWARD AND BACK

Hold the handlebars with both hands. To move forward , slowly pull the right lever toward you with your right hand. To move backward , do the same with the left lever and your left hand.

STEP 3 : BRAKE.

Release the lever and it will stop. Avoid sudden braking.

  • Braking distance ≈1m.

IMPORTANT: If you are going downhill, do not use manual driving mode, there is no braking effect to ensure safety.

STEP 4 : Turn.

To steer the scooter turn the handlebar in the direction you want to go.
